Clearly this is the case! And it makes logical sense that Lorelai would buy it for Rory in 2000, when it was new and colorful and something she could splurge on because she didn’t splurge often and it makes logical sense for Sarah to buy it for Amber in the late 2010/2011 because it’s funky and out-of-sync, but also an affordable computer. THEY ARE CUTE, BUT ALSO THERE’S NO WAY THIS ENDS WELL. And it’s got that seedy/sketchy side where he’s her boss and he’s a fair amount older and s;alkdjasldfjasldf.  Plus, I want things to go well for Amber and somehow every time things start off well for her they go to a bad place and it usually involves a boy and that upsets me.
